As professionals in the Real Estate Industry, you know that home ownership matters to individuals, families, and communities. It matters because it provides a foundation for growth for families and children, and it strengthens communities and our economy.
Through Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County & Greater Tampa REALTORS and Pinellas REALTOR® Organization & Central Pasco REALTOR® Organization, you have the unique opportunity to build a home alongside partners in the real estate industry, strengthen and make new professional connections, and help make the dream of home ownership a reality for a local low-income family!

How does the Tampa Real Estate Build Work?
Individuals & teams will raise money to fund the material cost for a new home build for a low income family in Hillsborough County.
- Commit to volunteer one full day on the home site from 7:30am to 2:30pm.
- Start a team or join as an individual: Fundraising minimum per person is $500
- Sponsorship opportunities with recognition benefits available.
- Reserved Corporate Team build days start at $2,500.
- Teams can select their build day upon payment...first come, first serve (Winter 2024-2025).
*Every dollar raised will support the Home Build.
How does the Tampa Real Estate Build Work?
We have three ways to get involved.
Sponsor the Real Estate Build
Sponsorships start at $2,500.
Each sponsorship level allows for volunteers to work on the construction site and provides for specific benefits such as logo placement on the back of the Real Estate Build Shirts, name or logo placement on the site sign in front of the home, a volunteer date on the construction site and much more.

Join or Create a Real Estate Build Team
- Commit to raising $500 as an individual or create a team.
- A team can consist of 2 people or more.
- Your team goal reflects the number of people on your team.
- A team of 2 people = $1,000 team goal
- A team of 5 = $2,500 team goal +
- Create a Team Page for your Realtor Group
- Donate a portion of each closing from September 2024 - January 2025 with a goal of raising $2,500.
Fundraising Strategies can be anywhere from posting on your social media, asking family and friends, donating a portion of your closing, personal donations, and/or corporate sponsors.
**All money raised must be turned into Habitat Hillsborough before volunteer date can be scheduled on the construction site.**

For individuals and teams who reach their fundraising goals, you will receive a Navy Blue Hardhat and Real Estate Build t-shirt!
